My Phone Rights has been developed by the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network (ACCAN) - Australia’s peak body for consumer telecommunications advocacy. The information in the app is based on the Telecommunication Consumer Protections (TCP) Code, which outlines the rules and obligations of telecommunications providers in dealing with customers.
